IMPORTANT NOTICE – Vendor Registration and Waiver Form must be completed, signed, and submitted in order to participate. The deadline date is July 31, 2026 – Payment must accompany registration.

SECTION B: Vendor Participation - Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026 - Sat, Sept. 12, 2026

Event Details Each informational vendor will receive registration.

The event is held indoors in the DoubleTree Lloyd Center – EMC Area.
Vendors may not bring their own tables or chairs.
Daily Set-Up: 9:00 AM
Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM
Wi-Fi is available.
A secure room is available for overnight storage.

Vendor Fees

One (1) 30" × 60" table with white tablecloth and two (2) chairs: $100 per day
Additional tables: $25 each per day

Bonus Day

Vendors reserving three (3) days will receive Saturday, September 12, 2026 at no additional cost.

SECTION C: Utilities and Special Needs

I understand that:

Vendors are responsible for providing their own table coverings.
Electrical devices, utilities, and special needs are the responsibility of the vendor.
NABVETS National Convention may not provide electricity or special accommodations.

SECTION D: Condition of the agreement and liability waivers

I wish to participate as a vendor at the NABVETS National Convention. I understand that I am responsible for providing any equipment needed to furnish my assigned space.

I agree to be fully set up by 9:00 a.m. and close by 5:00 p.m. and each day thereafter. If I fail to setup by that time or fail to make prior arrangements with the Event Manager, my space will be considered a “No Show,” and no refunds will be issued.

I agree to conduct business in a responsible and professional manner. I hereby release NABVETS and its staff from any and all liability and accept full responsibility for the products and/or services I bring to the festival and all actions related thereto.

All vendors must shut down and remove all equipment and merchandise at the close of the event.

Required Vendor Fee Deposit: $100 (Non-Refundable after July 31, 2026).
