NABVETS is a nationally certified Veteran Service Organization and a United States Department of Veterans Affairs claims representative committed to advocating for, strengthening, and improving the lives of Veterans and their families.
Founded on the principle that those who served our nation deserve access to the benefits, resources, opportunities, and respect they have earned, NABVETS works to ensure that Veterans are informed, represented, and supported throughout every stage
of life.
Through our network of Regions, State Commands, Chapters, Accredited Veterans Service Officers, members, volunteers, and community partners, NABVETS provides advocacy and assistance with VA benefits and claims, connects Veterans and their
families to critical resources, promotes economic and community development, and addresses issues affecting underserved and disadvantaged Veterans.
NABVETS has a unique and enduring commitment to addressing the challenges and disparities experienced by Black Veterans while proudly opening its doors and services to all Veterans.
We also recognize that a Veteran's service is part of a larger story. NABVETS is committed to preserving and sharing the history, achievements, sacrifices, and contributions of Black and minority Veterans so that their service to our nation is never forgotten.

(NABVETS) will provide strategic advocacy for Veterans seeking the benefits, services, and resources they have earned through their service. NABVETS envisions a future where it is the premier professional organization representing the interests of Black Veterans worldwide, while serving ALL Veterans and their families. Every Veteran is honored, supported, and equipped to succeed. Every military family has the opportunity to thrive. The service, sacrifice, and legacy of Black Veterans are recognized, preserved, and never forgotten.
