I wish to participate as a vendor at the NABVETS National Convention. I understand that I am responsible for providing any equipment needed to furnish my assigned space.
I agree to be fully set up by 9:00 a.m. and close by 5:00 p.m. and each day thereafter. If I fail to setup by that time or fail to make prior arrangements with the Event Manager, my space will be
considered a “No Show,” and no refunds will be issued.
I agree to conduct business in a responsible and professional manner. I hereby release NABVETS and its staff from any and all liability and accept full responsibility for the products and/or services I bring to the festival and all actions related thereto.
All vendors must shut down and remove all equipment and merchandise at the close of the event.
Required Vendor Fee Deposit: $100 (Non-Refundable after July 31, 2026).
